This is a plain-English summary of how PaidEasyLtd looks after your data and your customers' data. It is a placeholder pending final legal review — the company number and ICO registration number below are to be confirmed before launch.

Who we are

PaidEasy Ltd (company no. TBC) is the data controller for the information you give us. You can reach us at hello@paideasy.co.uk. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration no. TBC).

What we collect

To send invoices and chase payments for you, we process: your business details, your WhatsApp number, the invoice details you dictate, and your customers' contact details and payment status. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, ever.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide the service — creating invoices, sending payment requests, sending reminders you have approved, and showing you who owes you money. Card payments are processed by Stripe; PaidEasy never holds your money and does not store full card numbers.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in the UK with bank-level encryption in transit and at rest. We keep it only for as long as we need to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@paideasy.co.uk and we'll sort it. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
