Terms
Last updated June 2026
These are the terms for using PaidEasy. They are written in plain English and are a placeholder pending final legal review.
What PaidEasy does
PaidEasy turns your voice notes into proper invoices, sends them to your customers, and chases late payments on a schedule you approve. You are the business; we are your admin assistant. Nothing goes to your customers without your approval.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you invoice and for having the right to contact the customers you tell us about. You approve each chase before it's sent. We're for friendly reminders, not debt collection or legal action.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe and land in your own bank account. PaidEasy never holds your money. During the pilot the service is free. Our intended pricing after the pilot is £22 per month once you have collected your first £500; we will tell you before any charge starts, and you can cancel any time in one message.
Liability
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we can't guarantee a customer will pay. PaidEasy is not liable for unpaid invoices or for losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
